The robot cables have to withstand millions of alternating bending cycles as well as tensile and torsional stress. In addition to that there exist the most different requirements according to temperature, oil and chemical resistance.

Insulation: special mixed PVC insulation
Color: 2-core blue, brown; 3-core blue, brown, yellow / green; 4-core blue, brown, yellow / green, black; 5-core blue, brown, yellow / green, black, gray, white; 6-core blue, brown, yellow / green, black, gray, white;7-core blue, brown, yellow / green, black, gray, white, red; 8-core blue, brown, yellow / green, black, gray, white, red, green; 9-core blue, brown, yellow / green, black, gray, white, red, green, orange; 10 core blue, brown , yellow / green, black, gray, white, red, green, orange, yellow; 12 core and above white printed numbers.

Operating temperature range: fixed installation: - 10 ℃ ~ 80 ℃, mobile installation: - 0 ℃ ~ 70 ℃
Minimum bending radius: fixed installation: 5 * cable outer diameter; mobile installation: when the stroke is less than or equal to 10 meters, the bending radius is 7.5 * D; when the stroke is more than or equal to 10 meters, the bending radius is 10 * D
